Biography

Kanye Gardner is a forward-thinking, purpose-driven Supply Chain Management and Organizational Development specialist with more than 20 years of experience. He has led various dynamic teams within several complex organizations with proven success. He has a true understanding of the discipline of Continuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma, WCM, TQM), Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Planning and Scheduling, Operations, Fiscal Responsibility), Organizational Excellence (Malcolm Baldridge Performance Excellence) and Leadership Development. Also, he has a background in health and safety and was responsible for leading the development of Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Department of Transportation-related training programs. In addition, Gardner has a passion for coaching and people development, and is a certified Master Life Coach.
